Cut Thread and Thrum at Helmshore Textile Museum

One off performance by Inspire Productions about Victorian children and their toys, not to be missed...
Come and see history brought to life at Helmshore Textile Mill with a performance by Inspire Prductions called 'Cut Thread and Thrum' which is an interactive theatre piece about the living and working conditions of Victorian children with a focus on Victorian toys.
The characters of Millie as a half-timer at the mill and Victoria as the mill-owner's daughter will show the difference of what those times were like.

An enticing opportunity to plant pick and eat, along with a demonstration in the art of chutney making.
Visit the Stubbylee Community Greenhouses, where you will be given a guided tour of the site, plant various vegetables/salad crops. Get the freshest salad possible, as you will pick it yourself.
Enjoy a brief talk and demonstration in the art of Chutney making from Heritage Kitchen Range of Preserves, who will be making the "Stubbylee Special".
Lunch will be provided using your salad, along with other locally produced foodstuffs. All sounds too good. Book early as places are limited.
